Objectives

San Roque Central Elementary Schools envisions its pupils to develop a lifestyle of reading and to pursue academic excellence through reading.

It specifically aims to:

- eliminate the number of nonreaders especially in the higher grades

- develop intervention plans to cut the percentage of frustration level pupils by 75%

- help pupils in the instructional level to move in the independent level

- sustain the reading interest of pupils in the independent level
